Entry Fee $150 per player includes:
- 18 holes of golf with cart

Location: Windham Country Club, 1 Country Club Rd, Windham NH
6:30am: Check-In / Coffee & Donuts
7:30am: Shotgun Start
1:00pm: Lunch, Prizes, Raffles & Silent Auctions
- 18 Holes—Scramble Format
- 4 Golfers per Team
- You may sign up as a team or as an individual

$5,000 – Executive Sponsor: Title sponsor, with banner at clubhouse. Includes foursome for tournament.
$1,500 – Cart Fleet Sponsor: Name on all golf carts in fleet. Includes foursome for tournament.
